When Pete was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 1995, at the age of 33, many things had to change in his life. One of his most difficult challenges was to adhere to a low sodium diet. The more he learned about sodium content in food and the more he searched for where to buy low sodium foods, the more discouraged he became. This was how Healthy Heart Market was born. Take a look around, then shop our on-line store with over 450 low sodium food products.
